Suggestions and Feedback
There are a number of ways you can send feedback about the service we provide.
It is not always possible to speak directly with the Practice Manager. If you wish to provide feedback directly to them, please email your comments mseicb-me.williamfishermedicalcentre@nhs.net or leave details with our Reception staff and you will be contacted as soon as possible.
You can also send your comments or feedback using the Friends and Family forms in the surgery or speak to our reception staff and they can send a link to your phone. Please note on the form if you would like to receive a response.
Complaints
We make every effort to give the best service possible to everyone who attends our practice. However, we are aware that things can go wrong resulting in a patient feeling that they have a genuine cause for complaint.
To pursue a complaint please email mseicb-me.williamfishermedicalcentre@nhs.net or write to the surgery (FAO Practice Manager) and the practice manager will deal with your concerns appropriately.
